How It Works
- Step One -
Find youth interested in self-employment.
Target Audience: Young people of color (15-24 years old)
- Step Two -
Discuss business with parents or of-age individuals.
- Step Three -
Provide individuals with a franchising agreement.
- Step Four -
Discuss business with parents or of-age individuals.
- Step Five -
Once signed up, provide educational materials about getting started.
- Step Six -
HOLD until potential locations are found (ideally by franchisee).
- Step Seven -
Assist with discussing terms and agreements finalizing service agreement.
- Step Eight -
Collect franchisee investment.
- Step Nine -
Assist with starting things up and continue to provide silent oversight.
